♦JINSI YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA 

1. Uloweke mchele uliokwisha uchambua vizuri na kuupeta.

2. Utandaze sehemu safi ukauke, kisha usage upate unga mlaini

3. Kuna nazi uchuje tui zito

4. Saga hiliki, changanya na sukari

5. Changanya ule unga wa mchele, sukari, hiliki, tui la nazi na hamira. uvuruge uwe mwepesi kiasi cha kuweza kuchoteka kwa upawa. 

6. Acha uumue kwa dakika 25 hadi 30 kutegeme na ubora wa hamira.

7. Weka kikaango cha kukaangia vitumbua jikoni, anza kukaanga vitumbua vyako kwa kueka mafuta kwanza yapate moto, kisha unachota kwa upawa unga na kueka kwenye vijungu vya kikaangio chetu. 

8. Acha vichemke upande mmoja, kisha unageuza upande wa pili, vikishaiva vitoe weka kwenye chujio ili mafuta yajichuje. 

9. Endelea kukaanga viliobakia mpaka unga uishe.

10. Ukivipata vya moto moto na chai pembeni vitakukosha sana
