HOW TO COOK KASHATA
♦ MEASUREMENTS
# Peanuts - ½kg
# Brown Sugar - ½kg
# Water - ¼ Cup
# Butter - 1 tablespoon
♦ HOW TO COOK
1. Preheat the pan in the kitchen over medium heat. Fry the nuts for 4 - 5 minutes and fry until tender, being careful not to burn them black.
2.when ripe, take them out of the kitchen and let them cool off.
3. Put on low heat and put the pan in the kitchen add sugar and water. Stir slowly until sugar and water mix and stick to take about 6-7 minutes.
4.pour the nuts into a mixture of water and sugar, mix well for a few minutes and turn off the stove.
5. Sprinkle on butter plate and pour mixture. Then spread well, let cool for a minute.
6. Then cut into pieces if hot. Place in a cool place to freeze. after that the peanuts will be ready to be eaten.
