# Karanga kilo moja.

# Mayai 3 inategemea na ukubwa.

# Chumvi kijiko kimoja.

# Sukari kiasi unachohitaji.

# Unga wa ngano robo kilo(kidogo tu).

# Mafuta ya kupikia.

♦JINSI YA KUANDAA

1. Chukua karanga weka katika sinia, chambua kuondoa karanga mbovu, zilizokatika na taka taka.

2. Baada ya kuchambua weka katika bakuli au chombo cha kukandia, piga mayai katika chombo pembeni na uweke chumvi. 
Tia mayai katika karanga na kisha zichanganye kuhakikisha zote zimekolea mayai.

3. Chukua kiasi cha sukari unachokadiria kitakufaa Tia katika ule mchanganyiko wa karanga, mayai na chumvi kisha Changanya ili sukari inate katika karanga zote.

4. Chukua unga Tia Katika mchanganyiko wako, changanya vizuri kuhakikisha karanga zote zimekuwa nyeupe kwakufunikwa na unga.

5. Weka mafuta kiasi kwenye kikaango, yakichemka anza kukaanga karanga zako hakikisha unazitoa kabla hazijawa Brown sana usijeunguza karanga zako
