MAHITAJI 

1. Kuku mzima 1 

2. Kitunguu swaum/tangawizi

3. Maziwa ya mgando 1 kikombe cha chai

4. Curry powder ½ kijiko cha chai

5. Garam masala ½ kijiko cha chai

6. Coriander powder ½ kijiko cha chai

7. Cumin powder ½ kijiko cha chai

8. Chilli powder ½ kijiko cha chai

9. Limao ½

10. Chumvi kiasi

11. Rangi ya chakula nyekundu 

12. Mafuta ya kupikia (vegetable oil) vijiko 2 vya chakula

♦JINSI YA KUTAYARISHA NA KUPIKA 

# Katakata kuku katika vipande vya kawaida kisha umuoshe na umkaushe maji kwa kutumia kitchen towel.
 
# Baada ya hapo muweke katika bakuli kubwa na uanze kutia limao na spice zote kasoro mafuta, yogurt na rangi ya chakula. 

# Changanya spice na kuku mpaka vikolee vizuri. Baada ya hapo changanya yogurt na rangi ya chakula pembeni na kisha umwagie katika kuku na uchanganye tena vizuri. 

# Baada ya hapo malizia kwa kutia mafuta na uchanganye vizuri kisha funika na uweke katika friji kwa muda wa masaa 3 ili kuku aingie viungo.

# Baada ya hapo muoke kuku wako katika oven kwa muda wa nusu saa katika moto wa 200°C.Baada ya hapo kuku wako atakuwa tayari kwa kuliwa.
